DESCRIPTION:
London Fashion Week is one of the "Big Four" fashion events with New York, Milan and Paris.
This semi-annual four city trade exhibition focuses on trends in clothing and fashion. It occurs in London during February and September and draws over 5,000 members of the press and retail buyers.
In the summer of 2012 they added a men’s show in the summer.
The world carefully watches the London Fashion Week each year because it is bound to set the next fashion trends for years or even decades to come.
This event prides itself with 78 designers’ showings, 52 runway shows, 6 presentations, more than 150 designers in the designer showrooms and 54 different venues. This should be no surprise considering the fact that British women spent around 27 billion pounds ($41 billion) in 2015 on designer and high-end brands of clothes.
